Healthy Banana Pancakes

Health benefits of Eating Bananas Daily. Besides a rich source of energy, banana has immense health benefits. Eating banana daily provides you energy for a workout of 60 to 90 minutes. Bananas contain vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin C and calcium in a considerable amount.

4 mashed bananas
pinch of salt
2 eggs

Mash the bananas and add 2 eggs and a pinch of salt to a medium boul. Fry on large fry pan that is lightly oiled. Turn the pancake over once you see that they are turning slightly brown around the edges or simply lift it slightly to view your desired color.

Serve with a bit of butter and maple syrup with fresh strawberries.  Or you may top them as you like.  As always, enjoy!  Cheers to healthy eating!
